The work unfolds as a bridge between the real and the imaginary, where beings of the Entroido (Verin Carnival) embody primitive force, pleasure, and power. Their endless, almost unreal legs allow them to cross the abyss that separates wakefulness from dreaming, venturing into the shifting topography of the subconscious.
The masked heads, crowned with locally inspired mitres, emerge like trophies of a perpetual hunt: the ceaseless pursuit of freedom
That freedom floats in the form of weightless peppers, symbols of fertility, growth, hope, a bond with the earth, and a constant drive toward what transcends.
